Upon termination, you remain responsible for any amounts due up to the date of termination. We also reserve the right to deny you access to our Services (or any part of them) as a result.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Overview
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”) apply to all purchases made through the IF & Co. website (ifandco.com) or through any authorized direct sales channels operated by IF & Co. They define the rights and obligations of both the customer and IF & Co. for the sale of our fine and custom jewelry.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which operate alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated without notice. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that transaction.
1. Scope and Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
Purchases through ifandco.com or any authorized IF & Co. direct channel are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
Purchases are for personal use only. Buying with the intent to resell is prohibited. By ordering, you confirm that you are not purchasing for resale or commercial use.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated at any time. The version in effect when your order is placed governs that sale.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your area), be legally able to enter into a binding agreement, provide accurate and complete information, and not be purchasing on behalf of a third party for resale. IF & Co. may cancel orders or suspend accounts if we believe eligibility requirements are not met, or if fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.
3. Customer Account
Creating an account is optional. If you register, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information. IF & Co. is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts may be suspended or closed at our discretion if misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are suspected.
4. Product Information and Availability
Products are subject to availability and may be limited or discontinued at any time without notice.
We make every effort to ensure product details are accurate, but due to the handcrafted and natural nature of materials, slight variations may occur. Carat weights and measurements are approximate.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative, revised delivery timeframe, or a full refund.
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or modified once confirmed.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change at any time without notice. IF & Co. reserves the right to adjust prices, including for confirmed orders, if material costs (e.g., gold, diamonds, labor, etc.) increase significantly. If so, you will be contacted before proceeding.
Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be added at checkout. You are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes on international orders.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not authorized or completed.
6. Custom Orders, Design Approvals & Cancellations
Custom orders require final design approval before production. Once confirmed, custom orders are considered final sale (non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for cancellation).
Changes after production begins may incur additional costs and extended production timelines. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. If IF & Co. cannot fulfill the order, we will offer a refund or alternative.
7. Order Processing, Confirmation, and Acceptance
Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt, not acceptance. Orders are only accepted after we verify availability, confirm payment, and issue a formal order confirmation or shipment notice.
We may cancel any order at our discretion due to fraud, unverifiable information, pricing errors, violation of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, etc. If cancelled after payment, a full refund may be issued.
8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. All orders are shipped insured. For added security, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. Ownership, risk and title of your order transfers to you once handed to our shipping carrier(s). IF & Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Delays caused by events outside our control (carrier issues, supply disruptions, weather, etc.) may occur. We are not liable for such delays.
International customers are the importer of record and must comply with all applicable import regulations.

9. Returns and Exchanges
Returns may be exchanged or credited to your store account in accordance with our Return Policy. Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom and personalized items are considered final sale. In some cases, returns may be accepted at IF & Co.’s sole discretion.
Refunds are not standard, and if approved, a deduction/restocking fee (starting minimum 10%) will apply to cover non-recoverable costs (e.g. material preparation, handling, other processing fees, etc.). Higher fees above the standard minimum may apply depending on the order circumstances.
Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be refused.
10. Records and Limitation of Liability
All transaction data, including order confirmations, communications, and payment records, are stored in our systems and constitute the official record of sale. In the case of a dispute, our system data will serve as binding evidence of the transaction unless proven otherwise. IF & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California, as outlined in Section 19 of our Terms of Service. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” unless otherwise stated. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any implied warranties from trade usage or performance. We do not guarantee that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
