Refund policy

At IF & Co., every jewelry piece is meticulously crafted to with excellence in quality, design and durability in mind. Your satisfaction is deeply valued, and we are here to help should your purchase not meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return. However, at our discretion, an exchange or store credit may be offered upon detailed inspection and approval.

  • Due to the nature of our jewelry, skilled labor, and fluctuating material cost factors, we may charge a restocking fee on returned items (amount subject to order-specific costs and conditions).

Returns and Exchanges

  • Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Refunds are not offered as part of our standard policy. However, if a refund is approved for a return or canceled order, a minimum 10% deduction will be applied to cover all unavoidable order preparation, handling, and processing fees.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other related international shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Store credit or exchanges apply solely to the item’s original value.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-designed pieces, special orders, engraved jewelry, and items altered upon request (such as resized rings or grills) are final sale.

  • Limited release collections are also not eligible for return or exchange unless approved by our team.


Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, email info@ifandco.com with your order information, request and reason for return. If you have already contacted our team and your refund was approved, please securely package your item for return to:

  • Buyer responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

  • For shoppers local to our Los Angeles showroom, we welcome in-store visits for your returns/exchanges.
