Find the length that suits your build and your style. Most of our chains come in 16" to 26", and we can make custom lengths to order.
Where each length sits
Based on an average adult frame.
At the base of the neck
A close fit, close to a choker on most men and a collarbone length on most women. Good for small pendants or as the top chain in a layered look.
On the collarbone
The classic length for women and a snug fit for men. Works well with dainty pendants and tennis chains.
Just below the collarbone
A versatile length for men. Wear it on its own or with a small to medium pendant.
Upper chest
Lets a pendant sit clearly on the chest, and works well as a second chain when layering.
Mid chest
Made for statement pendants and bold links worn over a shirt.
Lower chest
A long, relaxed drape for larger pieces and layered looks.

Sizing Tips to Consider
- If you have a broader build, shorter chains may look tighter or make your neck appear larger.
- If you're smaller framed, long chains might look too oversized or feel heavy.
- Balance is everything. A well-fitted chain enhances your style without distracting from it.
How to Measure
- Lay a chain you already own flat and measure it end to end, including the clasp.
- No chain? Wrap a piece of string around your neck where you'd like it to sit, mark it, then measure the string.
- Going with a pendant? Allow for the pendant's height, since it will hang below the chain.
