Shipping policy
Please read and understand our shipping policy before placing your order.
General Information:
- Depending on order conditions, we may require up to 3 business days solely for order verifications and processing.
- Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. No additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments within the same order.
- For security and insurance purposes, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- In store pickup is not available for orders placed through our online store.
- Signature confirmation is always required for secure delivery. All orders will ship with full insurance included. Tracking information will be provided following shipment of your order.
- We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process as soon as the following business day.
- Orders may only be shipped to the shipping address associated with your order. We do not for any reason change the shipping address once an order has been submitted.
- Orders are shipped in official IF & Co. packaging, which may include a gift box, gift pouch, or other items. Customized notes may be included upon request.
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. The buyer assumes responsibility for filing any claims related to loss, theft, or damage with the shipping carrier.
- If a shipment is returned to us and reshipment is requested, the customer is responsible for the associated reshipment costs.
- If an order is returned due to non-deliverability and the customer elects not to have it re-shipped, a restocking fee of up to 20 percent, along with all incurred shipping and handling charges, will be deducted from the total amount paid.
Domestic Shipments within the US:
- All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Express services, including FedEx 2-Day Air and FedEx Overnight.
- Shipping to the contiguous 48 United States is currently offered at a flat rate of $39. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Guam may be subject to higher fees.
- Complimentary shipping may be available for qualifying orders during select promotional periods.
International Shipments outside of the US:
- We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. For any questions regarding international shipments, please contact us.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx Express or UPS.
- The current flat rate for international shipping is $99.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for international deliveries. Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, destination country regulations, or carrier delays.
- All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, excises, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.
- In some cases, estimated taxes and duties may be collected at checkout to help expedite an order’s delivery to its final destination. These amounts are estimates only. Actual charges assessed by the destination country may differ. If additional amounts are due upon delivery, the customer remains fully responsible for payment. IF & Co. is not responsible for under collected or additional fees assessed by customs authorities.
- We are not responsible any delays caused by customs clearance, address issues, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances beyond our control.
- Any costs incurred due to refused delivery for any reason, including unpaid duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import restrictions, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
