Refund policy

Thank you for choosing IF & Co. for your jewelry needs. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by “Client” (you). Before completing your purchase, please review and understand our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth process:

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: Only non-customized items in unworn, unaltered condition, and in their original packaging may be eligible for partial store credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by our team.

  2. Non-Refundable Items: Custom engraved or personalized merchandise, custom-made rings, grills, and/or any special and custom designed items are strictly non-refundable. Similarly, special or limited release items are also excluded from returns or exchanges.

  3. Custom Orders: As each piece of IF & Co. jewelry is handcrafted to ordered specifications, we cannot issue refunds for changes of mind. The making of your unique item involves highly-skilled craftsmanship and labor, which may take up to several weeks.

  4. Fees and Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for any restocking and/or reconditioning fees and all shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For orders shipped to countries outside of the United States, the buyer is responsible for any costs associated with customs duties and taxes.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues in accordance with our high quality and service standards. The legitimacy of all claims will be evaluated after inspection by our team.

When preparing your return, ensure that the item is securely packaged. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your returned item for us to process it.

For clients local to our Los Angeles showroom: We welcome in-store visits for returns and exchange requests for orders placed through our online store. Please visit with your proof of purchase during business hours, and our team will assist you. Please note the same return policy criteria may apply for in-store transactions.
