So this is what my life is all about for the new couple months and to the max for the next 4 weeks(til my bday)… I’ve finally lost enough weight to where I need to focus on straight up muscle. So I’m taking supplements and protein to eat away the fat and speed up my metabolism. Crazy. So starting this morning, chicken breast(never fried or rotisserie) or fish (never fried) and steamed vegetables or salad, no dressing every single day 3 to 4 times a day along with 2 to 3 protein shakes. Before I was 80% good, 20% bad… I think I kept it legitimately 73% good… but now, it’s seriously 99.9% good, .01% bad! jesus. no cheat day, no snacks… no drinking(kinda lol) but the only cheating I can do is maybe lemonade or cranberry juice or gatorade. anyways. I’m sore as HELL!
p.s. Vegas doesn’t look like it’s goin down, no sin in sin city is like oral with a condom (sorry, but true! lol)
