Shipping policy

Please read and understand our shipping policy before placing your order:

General Shipping Information:

  • Address Changes/Interceptions: We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
  • Multiple Shipments: Orders with multiple items may not always ship together. No additional shipping fees will be charged for multiple shipments for an order.
  • P.O. Boxes: To ensure a safe and secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • In-Store Pickup: Picking up your order in-store is not allowed for any orders placed through our online store.

Domestic Shipments within the US:

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx Express, including FedEx 2-Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight, and FedEx Priority Overnight with Signature Confirmation required upon delivery.
  • Complimentary 2-Day shipping may be available for orders over certain purchase amounts through promotion by IF & Co.
  • Orders generally ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are normally processed the next business day.
  • Delivery time: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-5 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping Address: We only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card or the address confirmed on your PayPal account.
  • Shipping Cost: The shipping rate for contiguous 48 U.S. states is currently priced at a flat $39. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam may be subject to higher fees.
  • Packaging: All items come with inside an official IF & Co. gift box and/or gift pouch. Customized notes may be included upon request.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.
  • Return & Re-shipment: If your shipment is returned, you will be responsible for the charges associated with reshipment. If your order is returned to us and you choose not to have it reshipped, a 20% restocking fee, along with all incurred shipping charges, will be deducted from the total amount you paid for the order. 

International Shipments outside of the US:

  • We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please contact us at info@ifandco.com with any international shipment questions.
  • Shipping Cost: International orders are shipped via FedEx Express currently for a flat rate of $99.
  • Delivery time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for international delivery.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises, and other governmental fees. These are not included in our charges and are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service upon delivery.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to customs, address changes, or weather-related issues.
  • Refused Shipments: Any and all costs incurred due to refused delivery for any reason (including high customs or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions) are the purchaser's responsibility.
  • Tracking: International shipment tracking numbers will be provided.
  • Return & Re-shipment: If your shipment is returned, you will be responsible for the charges associated with reshipment. If your order is returned to us and you choose not to have it reshipped, a 20% restocking fee, along with all incurred shipping charges, will be deducted from the total amount you paid for the order.
